Adult children set a percentage plan, the app works out the monthly amount, splits it between parents, creates the UPI link and closes the loop when the parents confirm, with a scheduler that handles recurring salaries and month closing. It is built with Next.js 16 (App Router), React 19, TypeScript, Prisma 7, PostgreSQL 17, Tailwind CSS 4 and Docker Compose with a separate migrate-and-seed job and an hourly scheduler. Students learn Prisma migrations, a pure calculation engine with tests, cron-style jobs in a containerised Next.js app, and dignified UX for a sensitive topic.
